1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Apace Active LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Strandline ("Strandline," "we," "us"), for your use of our website at strandline.io. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What Strandline does

Strandline designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for small businesses in North County San Diego. The details of any paid work, including scope, price, and deliverables, are set out in a separate Website Project Agreement and, for ongoing care, the Care Plan Terms. Those documents govern the work we do for you and control over these website terms wherever they differ.

3. Using the site

You may browse the site and use its forms to reach us in good faith. You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
• Submit false information or other people's information without permission.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site.
• Scrape or use automated means to access the site, or send spam through its forms.

4. Booking a call

Booking a time through the site reserves a call; it is a request to talk, not a contract for paid work, and no work begins until we have a signed Project Agreement. Either of us can cancel or reschedule using the link in the confirmation email.

5. Our content

The site's design, code, text, and the Strandline name and mark are owned by Apace Active LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark. Please do not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without our written permission.

6. Third parties

The site relies on third-party services such as hosting, email, and calendar providers, and may link to or open third-party tools like Google Meet. We are not responsible for the acts, content, or availability of third parties.

7. No warranty

The site is provided as is. We host on reputable platforms and work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that the site is free of errors, and we do not control the internet or third-party providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Strandline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability connected to the website is limited to [100] dollars. Liability for paid services is addressed in the Project Agreement and Care Plan Terms, not here.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the effective date above, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

California law governs these terms, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
